雪謙冉江仁波切始終都在於去除我執

 

基本上,有三種方式可以用來處理煩惱,以及它們的根源,也就是我執。你可以捨棄煩惱、轉化煩惱或者煩惱為道用。對你的自性和能力來說,哪個能發揮作用,就運用那一個。最安全的方法是運用直接對治來捨棄每種煩惱。這個方法,人人都能奏效。一些經驗的修行可以運用第二種方法轉化煩惱,而以對治對抗煩惱。至於那些上根器的修行,則可際取煩惱為道用。無論是哪種情況,目標始終相同,那就是:去除我執。

 

 

Basically, there are three ways to work with the afflictive emotions and their root, ego-clinging: you can discard, transform, or utilize them. Apply whichever method is most effective for your own nature and abilities. The safest method is to use direct antidotes to discard each afflictive emotion. This method works   for everyone. Practitioners with some experience can use the second method to transform their emotions rather than counteract them with antidotes. Those with higher acumen and prowess can actually use the afflictive emotions as the path. In each case, the goal is always the same: to get rid of ego-clinging.
