瑪亞（幻象）是一種不可思議且奇妙的現實，屬於某個東西可能同時存在且不存在的事實，而這種「在且不在」是無法分開的。它們並非兩個分開的實體。這是幻象的精髓，也是世界的運作方式。
不只是我們所見、所聞的外在世界，甚至內在世界亦然──心是瑪亞、是幻象，而且具有出奇的力量。
若不知道如何掌握這個瑪亞，你會變得糾纏不清。但這個把你困住的瑪亞，卻也能讓你解脫。

Maya (Illusion) is this incredible, magical reality of the fact that something can be there and not there together, and this 'there or not there' cannot be separated. They are not two separated entities. This is the essence of Maya, and this is how the world functions.
Not only the outer world that we see and hear, but even the innate world—the mind is Maya, an illusion. And it is very powerful.
If you don't know how to handle this Maya, you can get entangled. But the very Maya that entangled you, also is the very Maya that can liberate you.
