Hot off the press! | Vipassana: Seeing the Truth
"One of the most popular [practice] methods in Bhutan is chanting mantras. Om Ah Hum Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hum. Om Mani Padme Hum. Yes, believe it or not this is also vipassana. Many, many reasons. For one, when you are chanting "Om Ah Hum Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hum", even for, I don't know, one time, during that time you are saved from talking nonsense.
"You could be talking nonsense, you could be just gossiping, you could be slandering, you could be lying, you could be cheating. But instead, okay, you're not really thinking about Guru Rinpoche, you're not thinking about compassion, you're not thinking about anything called holy but [with] "Om Ah Hum Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hum" your mouth is occupied. Even from that sense, it brings you closer to the truth."

香港首次佛頂尊勝佛母法會于2019年11月1-2日圓滿舉辦。這是緣于宗薩欽哲仁波切倡議香港的法友們在一起為了香港更好的明天祈願。仁波切特意安排索南扎西堪布從不丹來香港主持本次法會。在上師和三寶的加持下，我們聚集在香港北角陳樹渠大會堂，度過了吉祥的兩天。
佛頂尊勝佛母是非常有力量的本尊，她能戰勝任何對生命的干擾或減損，並且能護修持者免於邪術、誹謗、損失面子或尊嚴。
為了獲得福德和利益一切眾生，在本次法會中，我們做供養、持誦咒語，並且累計轉繞壇城14,303圈。
毋庸置疑，沒有索南扎西堪布和來自台灣的周威龍師兄的指導，以及眾多義工的幫助，就沒有這次殊勝的法會。他們所有人都投入了長時間不知疲倦的工作，令今次法會成為一個值得紀念的活動。
最後，令我們感到鼓舞的是，有數佰位法友參加了本次法會，這是仁波切認為最重要的。仁波切認為，大家的參與才是法會的主要目的。
我們非常感激仁波切對我們的慈悲，期待有更多機會在香港舉辦這個法會。
