「若能對此計劃貢獻一己之力，從佛法的角度來看，與大圓滿教法結緣者，未來皆可生於巴記洛珠（Palgyi Lodroma）空行母 的剎土，並於其處獲致證悟。 如大圓滿口訣所言，大圓滿教法的功德與加持殊勝難思，任何與大圓滿教法結緣者都將解脫輪迴並領受加持。」—烏金督佳仁波切
*據悉，蔣揚欽哲旺波即為巴記洛珠空行母的化現，其乃蔣揚欽哲旺波所取《傑尊寧體》伏藏的持有者。
“If you contribute to the accomplishment of this project, from the dharma point of view, as [someone] who [made] a connection with the Dzogchen teachings, [you] will be born in the realm of the dakini Palgyi Lodroma* in the future, and [there] attain enlightenment. Since the qualities and blessings of the Dzogchen teachings are inconceivably great, as taught in the very Dzogchen instructions, anyone who has connection to the Dzogchen teachings will attain liberation from samsara and will receive the blessings.” ~ Orgyen Tobgyal Rinpoche
*It is said that Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo was an emanation of this deity – the holder of the Chetsun Nyingtik treasure that Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo revealed.
