猶如瓶中焰，於外不得見；佛性之光明，不見於輪迴。
設若瓶破損，焰照一切物；故若除遮蔽，佛性光明遍虛空。

Just as a flame within a vase cannot be seen outside,
So too the light of the Buddha nature is not seen in samsara.
When the vase is broken, the flame sheds light on everything.
So too, when obscurations are destroyed,
the radiance of the Buddha nature fills the whole of space with light.
