Oh, this is a message for young people of Mexico.
I’d like to say while you are young, you may be eager to grow up,
And this is a mistake.
Try not to grow up soon.
Let yourself grow naturally.
Then I want to say it’s important to have (a) lot of fun.
And not only you have fun now.
It’s also important to prepare for the next fun.
Because … who knows…. You may live long.
And if you live long then you need to know how to have fun.
What you think fun now is not going to be fun in the… in maybe ten years.
So you have to be prepared.

這是給墨西哥年輕人的一段話。
我想說的是當你還年少的時後，你也許很想長大。
這是個錯誤。
儘量不要太快長大。
要讓自己自然成長。
接著我想說的是要很開心，這是重要的。
不是只要現在開心，
還要為下一個開心做好準備，這也是重要的。
因為…誰知道…你可能會長壽。
如果你活得久，就必須要知道如何享有開心。
你現在覺得開心的事，也許在十年後就不那麼有趣了。
所以你要準備好。
為此，學習就很重要。

在你的學習中，重要的還有生態學、地球、瞭解你自己。
不能只有數學、科學、政治。
還要真正瞭解自己，
以及如何保護地球。
然後，在這過程中，要想辦法開心。
重要的是如果你想開心，應該也要讓別人開心。
沒有「只有我自己開心」這回事。
如果別人正在受苦，你也不會開心的。
所以重要的是要友好、慈悲。
