Chinese web TV program ‘Yi's Time’ (易时间) presents a two part interview with Rinpoche, recorded in the Fall of 2016 when Rinpoche was traveling in Toronto, Canada (for TIFF to screen his film 'Hema Hema') and then Bodhgaya, India (for the Khyentse Monlam). Chinese reporter Yi Li Jing was first introduced to Rinpoche a few years ago when she interviewed him for a magazine and she became quite a fan. In these interview segments, she spoke with Rinpoche on a wide range of subjects: filmmaking, the tulku system, romance, 9/11, the US Presidential election, art, music, homosexuality, and of course, the Buddhadharma and much more. Often times candid, personal, and profound, these interviews are a must watch.
