It is impossible for your anger and hatred to arise at the same time as your love and compassion, as an opposite state of mind will always destroy the other.

瞋怒與憎恨不可能和慈心與悲心同時發生，因為相反的心態一定會互相摧毀。

Therefore, remember that there is always a positive way to deal with every situation, no matter how challenging it may sometimes be.
