江珠仁波切：熟稔禪修者，雖無辜遭禍，仍感到喜悅

熟稔禪修者，或許沒有任何財產、親友，雖無辜遭禍、被監禁獄中，仍感到喜悅自在。

而今許多不具禪修者，或許親友滿堂、周遊世界，擁有一切奢華和自由，卻若交臂歷指，常覺抑鬱寡歡。

Experienced meditators, who may not have any possessions, family, or friends, and who are locked inside a prison, despite being innocent, can still feel joyful and free.

While so many non-meditators today, who may have family, and friends, and who may travel the world, and who may have every single luxury, and freedom, often feel joyless and imprisoned.
