從事任何一種佛法修持，其難度不在於佛法修持的本身，而在於你目前的心量。

越是投入修持，心量越能增長，修持也會變得越為簡單。所以，不要放棄！

The difficulty of engaging in a dharma practice does not come from the side of a dharma practice itself. The difficulty comes from the side of your mind’s present capacity.

The more that you engage, the more that your mind’s capacity will increase, and the easier it will be.  So do not give up!
