THINLEY NORBU RINPOCHE: PLAY
透過遊戲，可讓修道的能量得以持續。無論我們這僵化、老成的心是否拒絕遊戲，萬物依然是各種元素自然神秘本質的展現（遊舞）。如果我們既嚴肅又僵化，我們的細微元素便會堵塞，無法反映出這種智慧的展現。如果我們的心平靜、寬廣且俏皮有趣，我們就可隨時認出這種本質的展現。
Through play, spiritual energy can be sustained…Whether or not our rigid, mature minds reject play, everything is still the display of the natural secret essence of the elements. If we are serious and rigid, our subtle elements become congested and cannot reflect this wisdom display. If our mind is calm and vast and playful, we can always recognize this essence display.
學習時，若能帶著一顆開放的玩心，將得以吸收所學。靈活自如，出自於玩心，所以只要心是開放的，我們便能接受他人的教導。如果心的狀態僵化又嚴肅，我們就會因它的緊繃且失衡而無法學到東西。嚴肅的心總顯得疲憊不堪，好奇的玩心則向來精力充沛。
When we study, if we have an open playmind, we can absorb what we study. Flexibility comes from playmind, so when our mind is open we can accept what we are taught. With a rigid and serious mind, we cannot learn because our mind is tight and imbalanced. Our serious mind is always tired, while our playmind is always rested.
工作時，若能帶著一顆開放的玩心，將不會害怕失去什麼，因此可以持續運作直到達成目標。有了這種出自於玩心的自信，我們便能毫不猶豫且不會犯錯。
When we work, if we have an open playmind, we will not have fears of losing anything so we can work continuously until we attain our goal. With the confidence that comes from playmind, we never hesitate and do not make mistakes.
若能帶著玩心，便可經由禪修而看見萬象猶如魔幻。行走於十方，萬般皆自在。
If we have playmind, we can see through meditation that all phenomena are like magic. Wherever we go, we are comfortable.
