去年的春夏之交，當我知道祖古‧烏金仁波切的轉世已經找到時，內心激動不已。想起一九九０年暑假，恩師 洛本天津仁波切指示我負責他駐錫道場台南噶瑪噶居寺邀請祖古‧烏金仁波切來台各項書信往返的翻譯，就在一切準備妥當且大家引頸翹盼這位著名的大圓滿上師來台之際，我卻因留學在即而不得不打包出國，錯失了與上師見面請法的大好機緣，而這一隔就是隔世！
十六年後的暑假，當橡實文化總編周小姐找我翻譯《Blazing Splendor》時，原本因為近來的眼疾而無法長時翻譯的我，又燃起了重操舊業的熱切。這是因為當我查詢這本書的官方網站時，第一眼看見它的封面照片就熱淚滿襟而久久難息；坐在宜蘭的辦公桌前，嚮往的卻是那壘峰頂上的隱修處，也就是祖古‧烏金仁波切在西藏南千宗果林的閉關中心。我當場決定，無論如何都要把這本書翻譯出來。
幸運的，我找到淑清陪我一起完成這個心願——在這之前，我們合作翻譯了宗薩．欽哲仁波切救助亞洲貧童和柬埔寨童妓的蓮心基金會 (Lotus Outreach) (http://lotusoutreach.myweb.hinet.net/ ) 和涅瓊‧秋令仁波切導演的「密勒日巴」影片中文網站 (http://www.milarepamovie.com/chinese/ ) 的許多文章，由她主譯而我校對，她也曾發願要專職翻譯佛法書籍。接著我們就展開一段探險的旅途，跟著祖古‧烏金仁波切在書中的人物場景，一起走過西藏近百年來的悲喜交錯。
在這期間，身為祖古‧烏金仁波切轉世靈童的父親，涅瓊‧秋令仁波切給予我們諸多的鼓勵，於來台期間撥空與我們會面，回答我們對書中法教的許多疑問。他還讓我們看了兩幅百年的西藏唐卡，一幅是第一世欽哲仁波切和第十五世大寶法王的畫像和手足印，另外則是第一世欽哲仁波切主修本尊的白度母畫像。經歷滄桑歲月的斑駁在我們的眼中，不僅因為他們是偉大傳承祖師的畫像，更由於我們看過祖古‧烏金仁波切描述這些大師時歷歷如繪的生動事蹟，而顯得彌足珍貴。當喇嘛們小心翼翼地將唐卡捲軸收好時，我們彷彿還在百年前的世紀而一時無法回神——難道，或許，我們也曾在大師們的跟前……至今依然清晰記得，十八年前在夢中，十六世大寶法王親切地用中文和藏文與我閒話家常，那是在我對著他的照片生平第一次完成108大禮拜的晚上，而法王當時已圓寂八年，我卻能在夢中完整看到他的面容與身影，而我之前從未見過他本人、也完全不懂藏文……
無論如何戰戰兢兢，僅僅憑著一股傻勁，我們翻譯難免出錯，何況這本書又有這麼多我們不懂的法教和詞彙，因此若有任何疏失，尚請讀者見諒！在此感恩諸多上師的指導與諄諄教誨，使我這個無明煩惱熾盛的眾生和弟子，能在茫茫輪迴中找到可依之處；也要謝謝家人的容忍和源源支持，讓我這個沒有善盡職責的妻子和母親，也能於工作之餘投入我的最愛志業。謹此迴向功德：
祈願一切具德師，慈悲驅除眾生苦。
祈願一切迷惑者，如願得見真智慧。

recently, the retreat master of the Dzong Go Ling, Samten Gonpo Rinpoche were in kuala lumpur with Tsangsar Tulku. i had the good time talking with him and he lend me to copy many photos of the new developement on Dzong Go Ling last year. i will upload those photo and let you all know.

苍萨祖古为苍萨家族家庙拉郎寺之主持。父亲为究美朵杰仁波切；弟弟侧巴多杰现在于印度宗萨佛学院学习。
现在拉恰寺之主持为苍萨噶玛蒋参仁波切(Karma Gyamtsen Rinpoche)；为上任主持噶庭祖古(Ngaktrin Tulku)于去年得知已寻获乌金祖古转世灵童后往生前所托付。

Actually there are other different kinds of translation. As you know, the transliteration is not so easy for people who don't speak Tibetan. So we just choose those with similar sounds and sometimes make it into a beautiful name. I think as long as I put English there, people would know who that is, hopefully. Certainly, we can discuss about this with Rinpoche!
