關於解脫道的教導,就是對於心性的引介或直指。

 

 

 

 

 

 

這個教導為什麼稱為直指心性呢?

 

 

 

 

因為最終我們必須要親自體驗

 

 

 

不能總是依賴邏輯、推理  

 

 

 

 

 

 

透過推理、邏輯來學習,意謂著你並非直接體驗。

 

 

舉例來說

在你看見森林冒出煙的時候

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

就表示那裡有什麼

 


你會判斷可能失火了

 

 

為何有火,是因為有煙,對吧

 

這也表示你並沒有看到火

 

 

 

而是運用推理、跡象

 

 

理由是因為有煙

 

 

所以你不能直接指出那兒有火

 

 

因為你沒有看到火

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

但如果你手上有一顆鑽石

非常昂貴的鑽石

 

世界上最大的一顆

 

不是啦,這其實只是水晶不是鑽石

 

 

鑽石在你手上

 

你眼睛看到鑽石

 

 

這是還需要做什麼嗎

 

 

我們不需要依賴推理、跡象或徵兆等

 

就可以直接指出:這是鑽石。對吧

 

需要有人直接指出

 

 

 

同樣的,自心本性恆時與我們同在。

 

 

 

 

 

而自心本性完全超越分別概念

 

 

 

超越主體和客體(能所二元) 

 

當然也超越痛苦

超越業

 

超越因和緣

 

超越時間與物質

 

 

但問題是

因為它超越分別概念

所以很難找到

 

但有個好消息

 

我應該告訴大家這個好消息嗎

 

 

想知道的人請舉手

 

 

 

好消息就是:我們一直都在經驗著自心本性

 

 

 

 

這是好消息,對吧 

 

它總是在那裡。

 

思考的時候

你是在心性中思考。

 

感受的時候

你是在心性中感受。

 

 

所以我們一直都在經驗著心性 

 

 

 

但問題在於我們能否認出  

 

這就是問題所在

 

而整個教導就是要直指心性,意思是去認出心性。

 

 

 

問題不在於你是否擁有心性 

 

 

你一直都擁有心性,

 

你只是需要認出它

 

 

記得我之前講過關於昂貴手錶的例子嗎?

 

記得的人請舉手

 

 

 

如果你有世界上最好的手錶

 

 

但若你沒有認出你的手錶

 

那個手錶就無法為你報時,對吧

 

同樣的,這個美好的自性、我們的自心本性,

 

儘管一直與我們同在卻沒有帶來絲毫利益

 

很抱歉告訴大家這個壞消息

 

 

自心本性是覺醒、清淨、超越一切的

 

與諸佛的心是相同的

 

但它卻沒有帶來絲毫利益

 

毫無利益的原因,在於我們沒有認出

 

所以整個教導就是我們所稱的直指心性

 

透過按部就班的修持去認出心性

 

 

 

 

至於直指教導的內容

 

 

則有四個步驟

 

 

第一個稱為「一切顯相是心」(萬法由心來)

 

 

 

或者稱為「由心創造現實」

 

大家喜歡哪種說法 

喜歡哪種翻譯 

喜歡「由心創造現實」的請舉手

 

 

還是「一切顯相是心」

 

結果你們兩項都舉手了。

 

好的,我相信你們都懂了

 

第二個步驟稱為「心是空性」,這是第二種引介

 

 

 

第三種引介是「空性即任運」(空性乃任運而在)

 

 

 

「空性即任運」,這是第三個。

 

 

 

 

最後一個是「任運即解脫」(任運而在即自解脫),自解脫的。

 

 

 

 

共有這四個步驟

每個步驟都有次第。

 

 

 

 

 

解脫道一階為「一切顯相是心」

 

解脫道二階為「心是空性」

 

 

解脫道三階為「空性即任運」

 

解脫道四階為「任運即解脫」

 

 

 

 

解脫道五階為心性與生起次第一起,也就是白度母的修持。

 

 

 

所以有這五種不同的教導
