傑尊瑪丹津葩默：面對挑戰與困境是有必要的，否則要如何成長呢？

我們必須認識到，有時候我們其實需要受苦。

We have to recognise that actually sometimes, it is necessary for us to suffer.

我們認為對所有人來說，最好的事莫過於處在一種類似天界的地方，在那兒絕不會再有任何問題。然而，事實上，這是一種氣量非常狹小的觀點，認為唯有一切愉悅、舒適，方為美好。但有時，我們有必要去面對挑戰與困境，否則要如何成長呢？

We think that the best thing for us all is to be in some kind of celestial realm where there's never any more problems. Well, in fact, this is a very narrow-minded point of view, that thinks only everything is good if only everything is pleasant and comfortable. But sometimes it is necessary for us to deal with challenges and difficulties, otherwise how are we going to grow up?
