只要看著念頭，這比賞鳥來得容易。賞鳥的話，還得先找到鳥。而禪修，念頭總是不斷生起。接著便可以觀察，自己錯過了多少念頭！

Just watch your thoughts. It’s easier than birdwatching. With birdwatching you have to find birds. With meditation, thoughts are always arising. And you can see how many thoughts you’re missing!
